ABOUT ME

I’m Stuart Armour, a radio producer, presenter and sports broadcaster based in the UK, with more than six years working at talkSPORT across live radio, sport and overnight programming.

My background is in radio production, having studied Radio Production and Digital Media at the University of Westminster. Since then, I’ve built my career around live broadcasting — producing programmes, contributing on air and working in the kind of environment where anything can happen and usually does.

Sport is a huge part of what I do. My work has taken me across football and motorsport, including joining talkSPORT’s motorsport production team and presenting live MotoGP coverage on talkSPORT 2. Whether I’m behind the desk producing a live programme or sitting in the presenter’s chair, I love the unpredictability of live radio.

Away from work, I’m also a massive sports fan, particularly football, ice hockey and motorsport. That’s a big reason this website exists: alongside showcasing my broadcasting work, I wanted somewhere to share my own opinions, features and thoughts on the sports I follow.

Ultimately, I’m happiest around a microphone, a mixing desk and live sport — preferably when everything is running smoothly, although radio has taught me never to expect that for very long.
